Something to consider ......

I am guessing with this being my first blog in a long long time .. i shud actually come up with something more philosophical or spew words of wisdom..... i have been meaning to write for ages but nothing really prompted me to sit up n write ...well that was until i heard this quote ... so now this already over worked brain of mine is in over drive !!!

I heard this quote while watching Criminal Minds ( good show !! ).... and I googled it to get the complete quote....

Is this true ? dont we really ever recover from the past ? do we still unknowingly hold on to the past ? if this is true do we really give anything / anyone a fresh start or do we still judge situations and people based on how it was in the past ? .....
